Jennifer Hamilton Senior Research Officer, leads the research team and acts as project director on Institute research projects. Her work includes victims issues; young people and electoral politics; minority ethnic issues including migrant workers' experiences and traveller education.

Ulf Hansson Research Officer, has previously worked on projects researching different Minority Ethnic Groups in the Northern Ireland Education System. Other research work includes language politics, young people, violence and housing.

Jonny Byrne Research Officer, joined ICR initially as an intern assisting the research staff with various projects and joined the staff in November 2003. His work includes policing, young people, and issues around interface violence.
